It is with much sadness that we farewell Mr Duncan Pegg, Former Queensland Labour MP for Stretton, who passed away today. Duncan worked tirelessly for our community and to ensure that as a school community we were well looked after too. He was an active participant in our school events as he involved himself in person at our parades, graduations and checked in on us. His election promise of $300 000 to support our families with an Out of School Hours Care upgrade is a current and ongoing project for this year.
Our condolences go out to his family during this very difficult time.
